Download & extract someplace. It's already got the launcher, so just use larfrose.exe to play.
Launcher/autoupdater: http://www.mediafire.com/?gmjy11nm1qt
Download it and extract it to your rose folder. It will ask to overwrite some files, click yes for all. Use larfrose.exe to play.
Registering: Log in twice. If it says wrong password, chose a different username and log in twice.
